SAPPHO INTERNATIONAL is a worldwide lesbian entertainment & escort company that caters to the women-who-love-women-only secret society, the Sapphic Trust. The Sapphic Trust was originated by Sappho in 600 BC. And due to its secretive nature, the Sapphic Trust has contracted Sappho International to arrange parties and pleasure for the jet-setting femmes and studs of the organization in exchange for riches, glitz and glamour.

This is one of the many lesbian erotica I have read in the last few years and with the books I have read in the past I was seriously disappointed.  I had hope that this book would be an exception to my past reading experiences. 

I started this book a couple weeks ago and had to put it down, walk away for a bit and then try again a different day.  I am unsure why some authors need to use these huge words that make reading painful when simpler words would work just as well.  It reminded me of when my wonderful sister bought me a "word of the day" calendar. 

Reading to me should be a relaxing experience and if the author writes the book correctly the story should pull me in and let me float through the book absorbing every detail.  If reading requires me to read a sentence numerous times to understand what the author is trying to say it loses its enjoyment.
